How long until I get my car?

If the vehicle is in stock at the chosen dealership, you can usually take delivery immediately after the vehicle is paid for. If finance is required, usually a few days is sufficient.

Why use MotorFleet rather then buy from a dealer?

Due to our volume buying and access to fleet discounts, we can purchase vehicles cheaper than most individuals and companies. Also, our broad, objective view of the market gives many benefits – for example – what dealer would warn you off a particular car because it’s about to be superceded by a new model ? We would. The dealers are trained and conditioned to take you down a well rehearsed “track” – often in a direction you, the customer don’t want to go – at MotorFleet we take a more consultative view, with the minimum of pressure, believing this to be a more professional approach.

Is a cash deposit required?

As we are placing an order with the dealer on your behalf, in a lot of cases our relationship with the dealer is enough to secure the car, but in certain circumstances, a deposit is required, much in the same way as its always required when dealing with a dealer.

Examples of circumstances where a deposit would be required;

  • Factory orders (specific customer builds)
  • Instances where the dealer has to swap in a particular car from another dealer
  • On cars that are rare, valuable stock – not normally freely available in the market
  • When cars are coming from a dealer we do not hae a close relationship with

In all cases, deposits are taken via credit card via Paypal or Eway, both fully secure payment systems, and when received are held in a trust account, specifically set up for the purpose.

Do MotorFleet charge their clients fees for sourcing new cars?

No.

Must I buy the car through MotorFleet in order to use their finance facilities?

No, not necessarily. We’d obviously prefer to source the car for you, as it helps us the keep control of the transaction and make sure all goes smoothly. If for any reason that’s not possible, we’ll work with your chosen dealer and simply provide the finance. This very rarely occurs.

Must I finance the car through MotorFleet in order to use their supply facilities?

No, not necessarily. We’d obviously prefer to finance the car for you, as it helps us the keep control of the transaction and make sure all goes smoothly. If for any reason that’s not possible, we’ll work with your chosen finance source and simply provide the vehicle. This very rarely occurs.

Can MotorFleet provide tinting and accessories for cars they have not supplied?

Yes by all means – if a client wants to make some improvements to a car they already own, for instance their spouses vehicle, we’d be happy to help.
